At Maison Minelle, each order is carefully prepared and checked.

For reasons of hygiene, quality and traceability, returns and refunds are not accepted on virgin hair once the packaging has been opened or the products have been handled.

If the item is non-compliant or damaged upon receipt, you have 48 hours to contact us at contact@maisonminelle.com , attaching clear photos of the product concerned.

Our team will carefully study your request and offer you a suitable solution if the non-compliance is proven.
