📦 When will I receive my order?
Our orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days. Delivery times then vary depending on your location:

🎁 Is the hair 100% virgin/raw?
Yes. All our bundles are 100% virgin and chemically untreated. We carefully select our suppliers to ensure a natural finish, excellent durability, and customization options (coloring, straightening, etc.).
How do I care for my Maison Minelle hair?
We recommend:
• A gentle sulfate-free shampoo
• A moisturizing treatment once a week
• Detangle with your fingers or a suitable brush
• Avoid heating devices at too high a temperature
• Always apply a heat protector before using any heating appliances (straighteners, curling irons, hair dryers, etc.)
A care guide is included with each order.

No, Maison Minelle is a 100% online store. All orders are shipped from our warehouses in France or Canada.
